Cargo - it depends on whom it should be addressed to (i.e. the nature of the correspondence) and the urgencey...if it's impersonal and an e-mail address has obviously been provided then u should, by all means, avail of the service as it is also more reliable...

as it might be tad difficult to decipher "feelings" in a hand written letter, IF the sender has a lousy writing......

Hand writing also reveals someone's personality. You know "Tahreer Shanasy"? Other than feelings we can also know the personality traits of the paticular writer.
"Tahreer Shanasy" is a complete field of knowledge and very interesting also.............
