Every time the honourable president makes a speech from his safe bunker, the one line he always utters is: "I am not afraid of death."


This reminds one of a quote of the American comedian, Woody Allen, "I
am not afraid of death, I just don't want to be there when it happens."

Former President Pervaiz Musharraf while addressing a gathering of spectators at the
California Desert Hall has said that the main reason for anti-USA sentiments among Pakistanis stemmed from the Pakistani grievances that despite 40 years of “Pakistani loyalty”, America had always let Pakistan down right at the 11th hour.

Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani has decided to take the people into confidence on national and international affairs by addressing the nation on radio on the first Friday of every month. Let's not rub salt into the wounds of the already distressed people every month by wasting time on cosmetic exercises.

The Honorable Chief Justice has very rightly taken many Suo motu notices of various issues regarding provisioning of Justice to the masses.

The lyrics of the rap song written and sung by the daughter of Ms Benazir Bhutto, Bakhtawar, reads: “I
would take the pain away.”


Please take the “pain” away, the whole nation is waiting for that moment of happiness and peace.
