All users are encouraged to take advantage of our image upload facility and upload pictures and images of self and others, places, events, happenings etc. We recommend that users maintain the modesty standards of the community.
Posting vulgar, obscene or offensive material or information deemed explicit by admin and/ any images containing nudity, obscenity is strictly prohibited. If you want to report abuse of any of our policy or term, please click on Flag as Offensive.
Any objectionable materials or images will be removed instantly and permanently without any prior notification to users. Membership of such users may also be cancelled.

• Copying, modifying, or using the trademark, design, graphics and/ information of this site
• Copying, modifying, reformatting or using the material and/ information contained on this site for illegal, unauthorized purposes
• Submitting or uploading information or material of a third party without any prior written consent of the owner
• Submitting or uploading false or infringed information, material and/ images
• Developing, submitting or transmitting viruses, worms, trojan horses and/ any material that may cause short term or permanent damage to the computers or cause damage to life and property of users (this includes permanent or temporary psychological, physiological, physical, social, financial harm)

Due action in accordance with the prevailing law will be taken against users found guilty of the offence.

The registration process requires users to choose a user name and a password for their respective accounts and users are responsible for the confidentiality of their password. Users shall be responsible for any activities occurring under their user name. Username may be denied if the same already exists. In such cases the users shall have to look for other available possible options. Granting or refusing a user name is the sole discretion of Buzzvines.com and the admin shall not cater to any complaints in this regard.

Proprietary Rights
By uploading, submitting or transmitting information on Buzzvines.com it is understood that the users agree a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, license free copying of their material through this site.
The personal information submitted by the users in the process of registration is governed by the privacy policy of this site and shall not be made available (by rent, sale or otherwise) to other users and / third parties unless a prior written permission is sought.

Indemnity
Users (registered or unregistered) are obliged to protect, indemnify, and safeguard all interests of Buzzvines.com, its directors, officers, staff, employees from and against all damages, losses, liabilities including all legal expenses arising from the use of Buzzvines.com and/ violation of any term of use and/ violation of the third party rights, and/ infringement of copy rights or privacy rights.

Law and Jurisdiction
The Buzzvines.com service is governed by the jurisdiction of the Republic of Pakistan and by the International Law applicable to the international services. Any disputes or claims arising between users and the admin of Buzzvines.com shall be settled in accordance with the law of the state. If a single term among the Terms of Use is deemed invalid by The Honorable Court, the rest of the “Terms of Use” shall remain enforced as a whole.

General
Buzzvines.com is a passive website that has been developed in good faith and shall not give rise to any jurisdiction either general or specific over Buzzvines.com.
The entire agreement between users and the Buzzvines.com constitute the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy of this, site read and understood in addendum with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of Bramerz.pk.
The users of this site undertake to comply with the entire agreement as a whole.
