Our young Prime minister is like our Ex-Prime Minister. We can say that we have another 'remote Control' Prime Minister which is controled by Zardari.

In the late sixties and early seventies India and Pakistan were at the same rung on the economic ladder, surprisingly both countries embarked on identical reforms over the next decade which, however, led to drastically different results.

The government on Monday, the 1st of July, 2008 announced that the price of CNG has increased by Rs.13 per KG. As a result, all CNG stations in the country immediately raised the prices to accommodate the government decision. It was an exhorbitant price hike and a lot of hue n cry was made at the announcement. Now the interesting part.

Just read the news on The Nation that OGRA (Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority) on Saturday (last) night announced a major price increase in the petroleum products to be effective from 29th of June, 2008 (today that is).

Whose opinion is right Pakistan or Afghanistan?

Afghan President Hamid Karzai threatened to send troops over the border into pakistan to confront militants based there.

The government seems to be taking a strict note of population growth in Pakistan and have gone all out to get Pakistan out of this alarming situation. I never could imagine a marketing campaign this bizzarre, but this is serious stuff, heard it from my own pair of ears.

Since childhood, it has been drummed into the Pakistanis that Kashmir is ours and that we have to get it back. I have the following arguments to ask ppl to let go of it now and better fix their own house first.

OK. So we have finally been given the green signal to have those F-16s that will save us from all the troubles ever to be encountered.
