Are they not wasting their Oil wealth? Just look at Saudi Arabia, there is lower level of school systems for people living there.

the arab countries have now accumulated trillions of dollars in oil money which they can invest anywhere. thses few million dollars spending on personal luxury is just peanuts and its important bcause that is what keeps driving a capitalist further. secondly this car is worth nothing compared to luxury yachts, private jets, and mansions not one but several around the world.
just look at the spendings of CEO's of major companies. there is a reason why they are paid that much. to boost their egos so that theyre kept motivated to work and generate profits for company.
the only thing wrong about shaikhs is that why they pretend to be so holy and want to control morals of the people by enforcing islam on them.
