The Idea of Islamic Banking is still
hot these days in Pakistan. Either completely new Islamic institute are
being emerged or recent traditional banks are opening additional
branches focusing in Shariah-based Financing products/services. But
still consumers doubt that how much are they Islamic? Three years back,

A recent meeting with a revert to Islam, left me thinking about all those different schools of thought that we have in Islam. This fellow has embraced Islam and now struggling to find which school of thought to follow because this is what the "born muslims" are asking him to do.

Ever evaluated yourself how biased you are when it comes to your faith religion wise? Would you let go of your religious faith if somehow you are shown that what precious little you are holding on to.. means nothing? Would you move on to an other faith if you found the other faith better spiritually?

As you all know about the anti-Islam movie Fitna by Geert Wilders, with the intentions to defame Islam and Muslims.He used to quote Quranic verses and Hadiths to compare the currents Muslims
deeds and actions. He has attempted to the utmost extent to prove Islam as
bogus religion & encouraged to keep hating Muslims and their ideology.

After I read the attached newspaper clipping forwarded to me by a friend of mine recently, I was encouraged to research about it before forwarding/posting it blindly.

A prominent Egyptian cleric has created controversy by issuing a fatwa that says tiny amounts of alcohol are permissible in Islam.

Yusuf al-Qaradawi's fatwa says a level of 0.5% is allowed, whereas most Muslims would say alcohol of any quantity is banned.

Finally i decided to start another buzz on the above topic we discussed all that before in another buzz but i think its neccessary now to start another buzz just to prove that hindu muslim marriage is not  allowed as some think its allowed.

I have always been against uniting muslims as single nation theory, against the current back-drop of all socio-politik. Its not feasible.

But coming to the topic, I fail to see use of logic, education and objective analysis coming from the so-called Muslim Leaders (and by that, keeping the views simple, I mean religious self-proclaimed leaders).
