Pakistan cricket team had Bob Woolmer as a coach who was from South Africa. These foriegn coaches are not so useful for the players. They may be very proffesional coaches but Pakistan players always face communication problems with the coach as players are not so fluent in english language. The foriegn coaches are paid much much more then the local coaches and its wastage of money and problems of communication in english language .So what should PCB do then .Can the ex Pakistan players be better coaches then foriegn coaches and get good performances out of players. There are alot of PCB officals and selectors who think that we need new foriegn coaches to train our players as locals can not .
what do you think?

Well! I thought PCB would consider Local Coaches like Aqib Javed after the bad performance of Pakistan in the WorldCup, but PCB is PCB. They again hired a foriegn coach and his performance is questionnable. We've lost ODI and test series back to back. You're right about the fact that foreign coaches are heavily paid, and yet we don't get to see any improvement in the Pakistani players. Younis Khan will always get out trying to run the ball to the thrid man region, and Muhammad Yousaf will always be LBW. Coaches aren't able to rectify the wrong techniques of the players. And there is surely a communication problem. PCB should try a local coach as it's worth a try. They must trust our former players like Wasim Akram, Waqar Younis and Aqib Javed. I heard that when Waqar was bowling coach, our bowlers were finding there way to the progress; Umar got his length right and he was hitting the block hole more often and same was the case with other players. So, Pakistani team should have a Pakistani Coach.
One more point, Aqib Javed won us two under 19 World Cups, so he deserves to be the coach of Pakistani Team.
