Capping the real issue

Capping the real issue

There seems to be an organised strategy by the government to cap the real issue of restoration of the judges who refused to take oath under the new PCO by concentrating more on the issue of upcoming elections (read selections).

The citizens have been deceived too many times, and political propaganda and rhetoric has been employed repeatedly. The problem with luck, however, is that it runs out sooner or later, which is when one can hope that our ‘leaders’ will call it a day.

The real issue to me is not the restoration of the judges, but the freedom of justice from all and for all. Just the restoration would be a one time act, that would not fetch anything, as it has already been repeated once with Ch. Iftikhar. There is need to bring about reforms in the complete process of justice in Pakistan and its rights with limitations.

Here I must admit that I am not much aware of the policies and what is in the constitution and in the books, but I am sure like all other policies in Pakistan, these are also good for a written document only. We lack implementation of the policies that we make.

There is a need to WALK THE TALK.

However i think the issue is too deep routed and much more complex.
