Musharraf will likely end emergency rule in two to three weeks
submitted 1 year 10 hours ago by: albatros : 1 commentChaudhry Shujaat Hussain President of the ruling Pakistan Muslim League, a former prime
minister and member of General Musharraf's inner circle said the president understood the
ramifications of failing to lift the widely criticized measure.
The main purpose of the emergency was to take care of Judiciary and the personal war
between Musharraf and Chief Justice Iftiqar Chaudary. It has always been a personal war
between the top power's in Pakistan, Musharraf had issues with Nawaz and vice versa thats
why Nawaz Sharrif was removed, now he had issues with CJ so he removed him once again in the
name of security of Pakistan.
If we look at the past and the history of our dictator's this is the common trance found
Generals always have issues with the leaders and they takes over in the name of the security
of Pakistan. Armed personals are single tracked people from day one and if there belive is set that they have to take a step to save Pakistan they will do it. But the issues is that is there a lack of balance at our top Management, is there a lack of equality of power sharing at top level.
One things our Political leaders need to understand is the power the Chief of Army staff has and how the armed forces operate, but unfortunately the Political leaders don’t take there Generals seriously and instead consider them less powerful then them, a leader without the support of his General cannot survive and a General without a political leader can't either.
For the love of the country these two top positions needs to work things out for the sake of country.

Youre' absolutely right...............Mush declared emergency because he wanted to remove CJ. So he did it..........now there is no need of emergency. Pervez Elahi gave a hilarious comment on emergency: "Emergency naik neyyati se lagai gai hai".
