Sophi, you are right. Life is just the moment passing on right now. Neither past, nor future. The old days of sorrow and grief shouldn't be described during happy moments.
WCE, one should continue with one thing at least........... ISHQ or KAAM..... both of them shouldn't be quitted at a time.

- "But the pain is too intense at times" It is intense most of the time. It's just that you struggle (futile though) not to think about it.
