Please see attachment showing the medical expense paid by Govt in last 2 years....This Nadir Shahi expense reminds me an MNA of Disst Bahwal Nagar who went abroad for medical and submitted bills to govt with a disease which just belongs to ladies due to their harmonal disturbence...That voucher is published in Wakeel Anjum's book " SIASAT KAY FER'AUN" .

I personally know justice Javaid Butter (My dad's friend from Law college days) & he was in Pakistan all along. Never had any treatment & was not even ill.
BTW he was PPP jiala and was made justice by PPP government. I think these allegations are classic case of yellow journalism & a total bullshit.

i also know 'justice" javaid butter.....even if he dint contracted any disease, he might have visited 2 of his doctor sisters (ayesha & amna) in america, on pretext of "elaaj"...i wouldn't put it past him
& considering nature of Journalism (cum information prostitution) in Pakistan complete fabrication can't also be ruled out.

Babar..you didnt reply to Pinki's given details of Butter's sisters...Going to meet sisters on medical expense is allowed??? You know if the provided information is wrong , Mr butter can sue the news paper...why he is quite then??? Jahan behti ganga main hath dhonay Bilawal and his sisters gone to see olympics on official expense....nothing is impossible or hard to imagine
I need to check before reponding to your elegations Mian jee. As far as I know Javaid Butter was in Pakistan all along. He never left Pakistan in yr 2007&08. One of his sister also won elections on PPP ticket on 18-Feb elections.
Knowing the context I can safely say that this news is fabricated for following reasons:
1- He is a pro-PPP (jialla) judge therefore it is unlikely for Sherri Rehman to call him currupt.
2- He was mostly likely in Pakistan for the entire period.
3- He has a very bright chance of becoming CJ one day (considering that he is quite young in age & quite senior in experience in comperison to fellow judges). I doubt that he will risk his opportunities by menial hanky panky.
Haan agar aap nay Chuskay Lanay hain tou phir jo chahain believe kar lain.

Judges shouldn't have a public image. If Iftakhar Ch. has broken judicial decorum that does not mean that all other judges do to.
Mianjee you need better understanding of judicial culture. Media statement or any act of a serving judge that may bring the position a disrepute in itself is a sin. Alas Buzzvine supporters of free judiciary knows so little about judicial decorum. Unfortunately due to pathetic acts of Justice Chawdhary there is nothing any judge can do to defend the image of our courts - two years ago such a news would have resulted in imprisonment of the journalist on charges of "insult to court"
Such a shame. This is one of the reasons why Iffitikhar Chawdhary should not be reinstated. He has politicized the entire judicial institution. Now every tom dick and herry/cheap journalist stand up and write this sort of bullshit about top judges of Pakistan and there is nothing one can do.

Journalism is information prostitution, you pay them and they will put news about their mothers being a prostitute (quoting undisclosed reliable sources).
+ I pretty much know most of lawyers and some judges because my father is also a lawyer. Shall I stop doing what I do and become a postman. Delivering messages to Lawyers and Judges. Let me know if you have any message for Ahtazaz Ahsan, Naeem Bukhari or Ali Ahmad Kurd. This can be a business if I start charging money. ;-)
