Well now you know it so close your mouth and start exercising. :)
In Pakistan ppl are dead by the age of 50 whether it is the women or men except for those from the rural backgrounds... they just neva grow old of anything ;)
This is the most boring post that I have eva written but there are some things that ppl just don't understand unless I say them. :)
Remember your muscle is everything. You got to start exercising and it is the trunk which needs it more than the legs or arms...Your tummy chum..your tummy and your backbone all the way upto the neck.
So start a protein diet, leave the carbohydrates- the chappati and sweet things and develop some muscle. It is your muscle which is holding up the bone so if you really want to be up and running at the age of 80, you got to learn my 'new lesson' young!
Please I would like to see you ppl around when I am that age. Remember you still have to take revenge for all the cruel things that I have said to you and I will keep haunting you to that day even if you are in your deathbed.. wouldn't you like to have ur mental faculties functional then?
With your bones hollow and knocking knees suffering due to no exercise you sure would never get even with me.
Think of the dreadful waste! Not that you are not a waste now ;) but still you can help yourself.
I am done.. Go visit some sites and stuff, learn some exercises and then live a lil longer than me... Remember I don't like to lose the ones I love. :)

Ok how about making these two exercises part of ur regime AT HOME: Just these 2.
a) Lie down straight on a hard floor or mattress and take your shoulders and back up, with ur hands under the chin. Don't let the legs come up. Start slow but then build the count.
b) Lie down straight and raise up ur legs to a 90 degree angle then take them down but not completely leaving some space before they touch the floor. Then keep doing the same for as many times as you can manage.
You know I am dead serious here. All the fatigue that you suffer from and the strength that ur muscles start losing will be slowly overcome. Try these two on regular basis. I cannot be more sincere you know!
Lately I have become obsessed with Tennis and boy it really works out every muscle in your body. I stay physically pretty active but still get sore after a good tennis session. So take up tennis and if you know anyone in the army you can try to use the 'state of the art' military facilities that were paid for with your tax money anyway

I've tried those back when I was a kid; my sisters got a yoga book and we tried to out do each other with those exercises; they were pretty cool and probably one reason why I am still so active!

Khalifah: I am good with table tennis , but no public club available for this game in lahore...previous year i used to play at PU campus hostels but now outsiders are not allowed...
The private clubs like model town club etc charge so much that either i can run my home or can continue game :)
My family doesnt like army job so none of us have relations in army...hard luck :(
