For those who are not familiar with this name, Waqt TV is one of the recent entrants in the media channel bombardment in Pakistan. The channel is owned by the Nawaiwaqt Group and there were high expectations from it. Unfortunately however, the channel's quality is not very appreciable both from the presentation point of view and the standard of newscasters/anchors it has on board. Let's see how it fights the competition.

Your observation is correct, i must say. Even the logo is pathetic and the choice of colours is definitely done by some colour blind artist. There is a lot that can be and will have to improved in order to survive this cut throat competition. Actually i think they have saved a lot on their cost and naturally the quality is affected. They need to invest generously in orded to improve the look and content quality. High paid experienced anchor and newscasters are also a must for people to get hooked on.
Nawa-i Waqat has never had any outclass features as a daily....... The publishers are a very conservative group....I would not have expected any better performance from them on electronic media....

you ppl must have seen a programme
named"apni jaan nazar karoon"
its such a big programme but they way its aired or even produced it seems as if they have handed over it to some road side DOP
otherwise i think that the daily paper is fine
but channel really need an improvement rather an immediate improvement
to get a little place
