Ration cards

The cabinet has approved the issuance of ration cards for flour, sugar, pulses and edible oils. As if the rise in the prices of items of daily use were not enough, the cabinet is actively debating a rise in fuel prices of up to twenty per cent and is considering another proposal to bring the price of CNG close to that of petrol.
With the electricity and gas loadshedding already hitting the masses, let’s add a “breathing-air tax” for the poor.
