Nawaz Sharif has left for Pakistan

Nawaz Sharif, who is returning the second time after eight years of exile, did try to return to Pakistan in September this year after eight years' of exile, but was refused to get out of the airport and was sent back again to Saudi Arabia. Begum Kalsoom Nawaz, wife of Mian Nawaz Sharif is also accompanying her.
What's important is to see how the government behaves with ex-prime minister at his arrival this time around. There is a very good chance that nothing exciting will happen this time as this return has come after President Pervez Musharraf's visit to Saudi Arabia last week.
Lahore however is all prepared to welcome its leader and things seem to be quite under control.

The plane has landed just now. A bullet proof Mercedes is there to drive him into the city. The Mercedes is a gift from the King of Saudi Arabia and had arrived into Pakistan only yesterday.
