300 grid station of karachi went off and 80% city area remained in dark...i dont know what those committees were doing which were well propogated by MQM before this rainy season...
"Haq parast qiadat " was going to save whole country as i learnt from Altaf hussain's addresses, but their own city is sinking in rainy water...
Nowadays MQM got a new TOPI DRAMA that TALIBANS are invading karachi. It is surely a ground making statement to crush religious element (JI, Sunni tehreek) and Pakhtoon majority..Sooner they will start killing them and press release will come

I am hearing a lot of good things about this guy from a lot of friends and relatives in Karachi. Even Time magazine had an article on him in the last edition and praised his efforts to mordernize Karachi

Well I have to admit that this time Karachi was a bit better. Shahra e Faisal was a smooth affair. Its much better when I compare it to the fact that I was stuck at one place on this road for 5 hours couple of monsoons earlier.
Electricity as usual was a mess. Aread have been inundated though.
