I have a lot of issues. Here is just the tip of the ice-berg.
I am writing from Lahore and can contribute only the issues of this part of Pakistan.

1) I am not sure if anybody else ever noticed it, but there are a couple of points (3 of which I know exactly - 2 first ones to be very certain) of Lahore where, if by chance you are on the call and you are passing from, the line ALWAYS GETS DROPPED
...... When you are crossing the Jinnah Fly-Over at Cavalary........When you are crossing the Cannal chowk on Mall Rd.......When you are crossing the Mian Mir Bridge at Fortress Stadium.

And yes, I know of one more place in Karachi.....When you are crossing the Fly-Over on Shara-e-Faisal (the one which goes over the railway line).

2) These days (it happened once before as well)....you receive a call....you notice it is from one of your friends or family member.....you pick up the phone.....and then you get the shock of your life, as the person at the other end of the line is someone you have never known before. He or she could be anyone, a murdered, a cartoonist, a terrorist ( I leave the rest to your imagination! ).
If the person is persistant, you would get another call and this time, it might be the same person you are expecting the call from and he would be equally shocked as all this time he was going through the same experience and was busy talking to a complete stranger.

Its high time that those who are working at Mobilink should start realizing some Customer Care issues or else MOBILE PORTABILITY IS HERE!

One More Issue!
I have another issue to raise here. If by chance (by Mobilink's mistake) you have got your name misspelled in their database you cannot get it fixed over the phone.
I had the same issue. I am a Mobilink postpaid customer for the last 7 years. My name printed on my Mobilink Bills, on my Membership Card (the one that they are so lavishly promoting) is misspelled. I tried getting it affixed, but they asked me to visit a Mobilink office to get it done.
Now my question is, why on earth should I visit their office for such a petty matter? Now in my case, it was just an error of an I instead of an A
Secondly, the name and everything was absolutely correct on all the application papers and my ID Card copy that I submitted with Mobilink 7 years ago. I did not get my name spellings changed since ever. Then why is my name misspelled in the first place and when it is, why do I need to go there, especially when it's not my mistake. And even if it was, what of the catchy phrase Customer Serivce.

I hate mobilink.............

Sorry but a very shameful effort to get to the top of the points list..... Hee hee hee but I actually do hate Mobilink...........
