yes its very important, but i think, pakistan have to utilized the technology now in other things, like electricity problem, road construction...etc. 80% of our budget is given to the army. Pakistani Army, what i need to say, must realized that everyone need security, better life standard(target has been achived, but not 100%), Education, Economy, etc and not missile. Its enough now. India will never attack Pakistan, because they know, that Pakistani Army can defence the country very well.

Just imagen, why people digrade pakistan, just after leaving Pakistan. The reason is, they find in foreign countries better life standard, good roads, more job opportunities, loyality etc...., 

So what we have to do now is to improve our life standard, and believe me if security would be provided in pakistan, more than 50% of our CREAM living outside Pakistan, will come back and utilized their experience, to support Pakistan in every stage of life.

I do not really consider India
as enemy. India
is more of a bully on the block. Most of India's
neighbors including Bangladesh
and Sri Lanka
are frustrated with the treatment they get from India.
I have learnt it from common Sri Lankan and Bangladeshis that I have met in
last 2 years.

I have learnt that almost every month Indian border security
simply shoot a Bangladeshi farmer without any warning because they assume that the
person is trying to cross the border. This type of news is highlighted in
Bangladeshi newspapers but there is no resistance to this as they simply do not
have any capacity to resist.

Considering above, if Pakistan
reduce resistance, India
will not occupy any territory – as they have not occupied Bangladeshi
territory but they will definitely treat us as some form of low life. However,
many will argue that if we spend on education and health we can gain similar or
even more respect through our prosperity and knowledge. E.g. Muhammad Yunus - Bangladeshi Nobel
peace prize winner & founder of Grameen Bank

Pakistan
was created so Muslims instead of being minorities in a very conservative
Indian society can actually improve lives in their own state – in theory it was
a good decision. Making Bangladesh
and Pakistan
one country was however a mistake. Just because they also happen to be Muslims
does not make them like Punjabis, Bloch, Sindhis and Pakhtoones. They were
& are different - very different. Being different however does not mean
that they are bad people, it just mean different in culture and values.

Consider a scenario where Malaysia/Indonesia/Jordan/Turkey
only on grounds that they are Muslim majority countries are combined with Pakistan
to make one state. Do you think that it will last longer? The cultures and
values are so different that I do not see it lasting even as long as B’desh and
Pakistan lasted
as one country.

My argument is simply based on differences in the two
societies i.e. Bangladeshi & Pakistani. If you know any Bangladeshi people
in US, I recommend spending time with them and you will learn that they are
very different culture.

Putting B’desh and Pak together was doomed to fail – what
happen in 71 was inevitable, they way it happened is however regrettable.

I don't understand this argument. By the same token Sindhis are very distinct from Pathans who are in turn culturally very different from Punjabis and Balochis, hence all the states should be granted independence.

Why do you want to rewrite history and exonerate the individuals (Bhutto, Army generals )who are solely, responsible for the creation of Bangladesh because they did not have the vision to perceive the disastrous effects of their narrow, selfish agenda

I have a Bangali cousin and Baloch wife therefore I can only share
conclusions from my own experiences. Culturally Bdashi are far different from
rest of us – Bangladeshis abd Balochis that I have known agree to my
conclusions.
