You can drive straight to karachi from lahore if you have two drivers. You can drive on your own too if you are only one driver if you cut out the stoppage times.
It takes 13 hours to Bahawalpur from Karachi alongwith normal stoppages of CNG. Its 6 hours to lahore then. No issues as regards to CNG provision - loads of them.
Though a friend of mine came from Peshawar to karachi straight in 19 hours last month. Just ensure you do not end up driving in Sindh at night. Rest is all ok. Motorway and national Highway Police are just a call away. 131 I think?
If you have a non-Sindh registered car. be prepared to bribe custom officials.
