Jahangir Badar in a news conference has cited the reason for the nomination of
Mr Asif Ali Zaradar for the office of President because “he is well known
Internationally”. Sure he is. However the real question is; In what
way?

Me more interested in what they do this point on.
After Bhutto's premiership this is the first time that they are in total control of Pakistan. No ISI no military pulling any strings. If they don't perform now, they will have only themselves to blame.
Plant a tree
After 5 years PPP and the country both would be finished.
Unfortunately both ISI and Military is very much in control and working behind the scenes to undermine the civilian government, biding their time, of course, to once again take over "in national" interest
Hopefully the 11 years in jail have done some serious character building for Zardari. I recommend that everyone, for once, rally behind civilian leadership, no matter how corrupt. This is the only way forward and truly in the interest of the nation.
May God guide Zardari.
