KalSoft Digitizes Services for the Islamabad Capital Territory

The project is aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the execution of Citizen Services that are essential for government services and district management. The suite incorporates applications for issuing licenses and permits and web portals for the local governments. With this system in place, citizens will be able to submit and track their applications online, as well as improving their experience of public sector services. The project implementation is being spearheaded by Deputy Commissioner Islamabad, Mr.Amer Ali Ahmed, and is crucial for the automation of vital services facilitating the people.
The solution has been designed around MOSS 2007, Microsoft Live Communication Server 2005, Microsoft Enterprise Project Management Server 2007, and Microsoft Business Solutions Great Plains by the KalSoft team. The project has entered the final execution phase after the infrastructure deployment of the solution.
