The more important is that the road, a public road, is blocked by police, on a public road Parking is prohibited, but once it has been made a parking compound for visitors of assembly building, the No Parking sign does not mean any thing. Yes the point is FOR HOW LONG SHALL THE PUBLIC SUFFER FROM BLOCKED ROADS FOR SECURITY REASONS and BLOCKED ROADS FROM PUBLIC ENCROACHMENTS.

i guess the no parking board has been erected in the wrong place...seems really perfect place to park....:P
