It is hard to be optimistic.....:(

The two parties of the coalition, the Pakistan People’s
Party and the Muslim League, both have a dreadful record of corruption
and incompetence in office. And the one thing that has united them in
recent months has been the determination to get rid of President
Musharraf. It is hard to see what will hold them together now that he
has departed. If there is hope, it lies in Pakistan’s increasingly
assertive middle class and its outspoken press, both of which will (DESPERATELY)
demand honest and efficient government.....................

I don't think I'd use the word optimistic here in Pakistan anytime soon.
Inflation. Check.
Rebel. Check.
Disagreements. Check.
And just when we were doing that counting, Boom, blows a bomb in our backyard. heh.

You know, it's amazing how the majority marches across the nation in protest, they impeach, and when the guy resigns, the majority mourns.

Watsup with the us Pakistanis being extremely fickle minded in choosing the wrong people? Oh wait yeah-- it really is hard to be optimistic.
