the only reason the poor illiterates and lower classes are NOT doing these things is not because of their lurve for religion and morals. its because they dont have the CHOICE to do that in the first place !!!.

yes its still expensive for lower classes. and secondly its not just the cost... its the stigma that the society attaches to these activites. these activites are only run underground and are not in the mainstream. there is a threat of moral policing always. most people wont be willing to take these risks.
