our emotional CM(shahbaz shrief is in circle of flattering people. Many of them are misleading him. The Most recent development will be a shock for you too, yet it is not openly stated but in files approval has been taken.
CM punjab has approved hectors of land in NUNKANA SAHIB for HOLIDAY INN HOTEL. the land is given free/minimum cost to Holiday Inn. WHy this happened? Because Khawaja haroon(the imported advisor of CM punjab) has stalk in Holiday Inn and he feeded Cm that thsi will be CBM from Punjab govt to Sikh yatries. Moreover a direct road from NANKANA sahib to Amrtuser is under discussion.
For Agri-reforms Govt of punjab paid 1 million for feasibility to an australian company before announcing elimination of middle man...I dont know why they didnt consult our local farmers
For Susti roti program(which is a non-development expense) millions are being ruined on subsidy. It was better if CM had imported more wheat to supply cheaper flour to masses rather making all beggers by 2 rupee roti
Million of rupees ruined on feasibility of ROTI PLANT which turned down laters
On Raiowind road farmers are restricted to sell their lands because new schems were going to touch jati umra farm house...
who is advising Cm for these steps..kamran michael , khawaja haroon and few others , who even cant advise their own families , are advisors of CM

Come on guys! I know Nankanasahib quite well. Pakistan is losing million of $s of potential income every year due to our backwards mentality. It is a gold mine, so we must make way for its development and let Sikh pilgrims come and visit second holiest site of their religion.
Sikh community has offered to grant billions of $ to GOP for developing Nankanasahib into a small scale tourist city & they have asked for only one basic right in return i.e. to let them offer respect to the City of Guru Nanak.
For Pakistan, It will not just promote tourism industry but will also improve international image of our country. I completely support this development initiative by Mian Shahbaz Sharif.
This is probably first time in my life that I have supported Sharif brothers - damn I lived to see this day *wink*

BABAR: why they are giving subsidize land to a commercial project? my concern is not about 5 star ion that area but concern is about givign away subsidize land to a multinational which is able to pay millions to our govt. Thsi land provided just because of non-sense advisor's recomendation who is investing in that hotelMoreover, teh sikh who come for pilgrim are mostlyt from eastern punjab india...they are small farmers because sikhs are not fuedals...will they afford it? it was better to develope a govt owned hostel or hotel which was going to get revenue for govt. in case of Holiday inn ,the investors will get bucks on subisdize land

Sikh community in Australia is filthy rich. I am sure their brothers in US, UK and rest of Europe are also doing well. Mianjee there is a famous term "short term loss long term gain. I am not too concerned about the subsidiary because I can see far bigger gain in future.

will that gain be for Govt? will it not a favour to Mr haroon khawja? just the benfit is employment for local people but on very small scale
I don't know details of the deal so I can't comment. If needed government must give free land and subsidies to all tourist businesses including hotels, restaurants etc so to facilitate development in the area.
I will not be criticize just for hack of it
