Last night, I happened to pass through the Coffee Tea and Company lane near Hussain Chowk and for the first time since the carpeting of the road, drove past the Coffee Tea and Company towards the railway underpass.

To my surprise I saw this well-lit sign of a cozy place to my right and only then I found out that Gloria Jean's Coffees, the famous Australian Coffee House Chain was making its debut on the same road right next to our very own CTC. Taking the competitor Head On haan !!

Well the banner at the place still said OPENING SOON, which I don't know when and the whole shop/house was covered with tents all around. There was sort of a hustle bustle in and around the place, and seemed like this place is going to open for public sometime very soon.

The place seemed interesting to me and it sure is going to be exciting to have the first international chain in Lahore. We already have two international coffee chains operating in Karachi, one from UK (Costa Coffee) and the other from our next door neighbour India (Cafe Coffee Day).
