Human
mind and personality: believed to be the most complex product, is constituted
of a number of emotions. Emotion is usually defined as a complex evaluative reaction
of the nervous system in response to external or
internal stimulus. It is interesting to study and analyze as to what are these
emotions which represent our personalities and how they directly affect our behaviors
and decisions.
So
far, there are 6 basic and around 100 other recognized emotions. Basic
emotions: Anger, Fear, Sadness, Happiness, Disgust, Surprise; are experienced
by all humans at times, something that has functional value for survival.
Lets share as to how you would put your emotions in words, how imperative they are and how they
influence your life.

There are many things people experience and have emotions about it but they can not explain everything in words and i think all emotions can not be expressed in words.Every indivisual has a different way to express his emotions e.g if an accident or bomb blast takes place some people may get angry and some may be calm about it and some may start talking and shouting .
Emotions in words:
All emotion can not be put in words and understood by everyone by the words spoken by the person and putting emotions in words is not something which everyone has its an art and only few people are gifted with that in my opinion.
How they influence our lives:
Emotion can influence our lives in every way they can as most of our decision are based on emotions but in some cases lawyers and journalist have to keep emotions out of there profession.
Technically speaking "Emotion is a stirred up state of an organism that is accompanied by physiological changes". Its very complex state where the Sympathetic and the parasympathetic nervous systems which are a part of the autonomic nervous system play an important role....!
A lot goes on within our bodies in a fraction of a second like a racing heartbeat, dry mouth, sweating, dilated pupils....and much much more....! Scientists argue what happens first...the physiological changes or the physical reaction...For instance do we run away from a predator because we are scared or are we scared because we run away....???

There is one more question how imperative they are and no one has answered that .
What do you mean imperitive....?
I mean if you mean how neccessary they are...then the answer is that all higher animals are physiological tuned to have emotions....as I said its a state accompanied by physiological changes.....we do not have control over those physiological changes that take places.....the basic emotions of anger, sadness, fear etc are expereinced by animals and humans alike just that these are more complex in humans....Humans may be able to conceal soem emotions while animals cannot....! Bu tthere is no question about how neccessary these are becuase emotions are a part of our physiological and psychological make up and have contributed towards the survival of our race over the years. Thus very imperitive indeed.
Cut it out guys...!
We all experience emtions....humans as well as emotions....however how we express our emotions is what really makes the difference.
yes...... but knowing ur emotions, as to what they are; can put us in better control of ourselves
I think we can be more in control of ourselves if we can find better ways of expressing our emotions....know when and where and how to express ourselves.
