Emaar Pakistan has launched a mega project in Karachi by the name of Crescent Bay.

It is going to be developed on 108 acres of rclaimed land and is going to house 4,000 residencial apartments. Other highlights include a modern shopping mall and a beach front hotel.

The allocation is offered on a first come first serve basis (a statement I always doubt) and can be booked on an upfront payment of Rs.200,000 in the name of Emaar Giga Pakistan.

Living by the sea has its own charms and has always fascinated me, but living by the ocean in Karachi ..... hmmmm ..... I am not so sure if it interests me. But you never know, it might be a good idea ... OR NOT ! I guess only time will tell that. But then again if it is really exciting, thinkers might not be able to act later. So the choice is yours.
