Yesterday during my daily ‘internet’ rant I came across a link that had a pictorial comparison of the front pages of CNN and Al-Jazeera websites. 

Every time the honourable president makes a speech from his safe bunker, the one line he always utters is: "I am not afraid of death."

This reminds one of a quote of the American comedian, Woody Allen, "I
am not afraid of death, I just don't want to be there when it happens."

WASHINGTON: The New York Times has reported that S H Farooqi, the uncle of MIT graduated Pakistani scientist Dr Aafia Siddiqi, has given a signed affidavit to the authorities swearing that Dr Aafia visited him in January 2008 in Islamabad and had asked for help to reach the Taliban in Afghanistan.

Please take the “pain” away, the whole nation is waiting for that moment of happiness and peace.
