Chartered luxuries
Newspapers have shown a picture of Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani onboard the special VVIP plane while on his way to United States. There are many international airlines operating from Islamabad carrying passengers to different destinations in US on daily basis. It is ironic to note that while the poor are dying of hunger, the Prime Minister is traveling on chartered flights at the cost of taxpayers instead of traveling via normal scheduled flights. Will these leaders ever realize the ‘contribution’ they are making to the suffering of the common man?
