Put yourself in another Emergency...
On July 16' 2008 @ 2300 hrs, I was in a Govt. Hospital's Emergency Department. While walking thru a corridor saw the subject device & captured right away.
FYI:
Entire building is newly built (Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Emergency Ward).
Each & everything is brand new.
Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi was the chief guest on inauguration (wowww…)

There must be an ax hung near the wall to break the glass!
And there should be a helmet placed near the ax to prevent the head from the hanging state of the art bell.
