Bomb blast in Rawalpindi & Mansehra.
MANSEHRA: A bomb blast killed at least 4 and many other injured at NGO office.
RAWALPINDI: A bomb exploded near a government office at Mall Road in garrison city of Rawalpindi on Monday. Eight persons were killed and thirty five wounded in the incident including Lt. Gen. Surgeon Mushtaq along with his driver, guard.

According to reports, an explosives laden vehicle collided with a government vehicle in which three persons were killed, sources said.

The relief operations have been started after the bomb blast. The injured were being transferred to hospitals. The blast also damaged vehicles parked near the place of the incident.
