Barclays Bank Plc Pakistan has selected Cisco as their preferred technology infrastructure solution provider. To formalize the agreement, a signing ceremony was held at the Barclays Bank Plc Pakistan Head Office in Karachi. The MoU was signed between Mohsin Nathani, Managing Director and Country Head Barclays Bank Pakistan and Dr. Amir Matin, General Manager Cisco Systems Pakistan.

Barclays is working with Cisco Pakistan to deploy the local infrastructure, security, Data Center and a range of network requirements for its branch banking and communication network. In addition to the advanced service agreements, Cisco is providing Barclays with hardware that includes routing, switching, data centre and security appliances.

Speaking at the occasion, Mohsin Nathani, Managing Director and Country Head, Barclays Bank Plc Pakistan commented that: “Barclays strongly believes in maintaining a customer-centric approach in all business ventures.
