The move follows a report earlier this year from America's leading health agency, the Center for Disease Control, which revealed one in four teenage girls has a sexually transmitted disease.

Planned Parenthood estimates that two thirds of teenagers will have experienced sexual intercourse by the time they leave school.
And with some 750,000 teenage pregnancies a year, America has one of the highest teen birth rates in the developed world.
"This national programme which has wasted $1.5bn (£750m) of tax money is a failure and our teens are paying the price," says Cecile Richards, president of Planned Parenthood

I have seen kids literally having sex at parties in my school days in Pakistan; that was about 15 years ago, I am sure they have progressed even more now. In fact at a recent visit a few months back I was surprised to see kids holding hands and showing affection openly at coffee bars in Lahore. So don't tell me that somehow Pakistani society has a moral edge; it is actually a more dangerous society because everything is done secretly rather than openly, although as mentioned things do seem to be changing

parenting is OVER-RATED. there is no proof that children of good educated families will turn out to be the ones with good morals and not do all the debauchery.

the biggest influence is PEER PRESSURE, PROXIMITY and the CHOICE to do all the debauchery in the first place. i can tell you that when i was in 8th grade and 12 yrs old 99% of the boys in my class were horny and willing to f*ck a girl that came their way.
